James Hay, British and born in 1963, has been involved with Asian financial markets since 1986 with BZW and Kim Eng Securities in London, and with Arab-Malaysian Securities, TA Securities, and Caspian Securities in Malaysia, where he has lived since 1993.
Since 1998, James has primarily been investing fundamentally in Asian markets for himself and, since 2004, for Pangolin
Wan began his career in 2013 as an Equity Analyst in RHB Research Institute, covering the oil & gas and energy sector in Malaysia.
He then joined GD Express, a public listed logistics company in 2017. He was seconded to Jakarta to guide PT SAP Express, an up and coming last mile delivery company to an IPO on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
Wan holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics from University of Melbourne and a First Class Honours in Physics from Monash University.

Served as an independent non-executive director of Maxis Berhad, chairman of Mudajaya and director and chairman of the Asian subsidiary of Leighton Holdings.
Asgari holds an MBA from Cranfield University.
